As we all know liposuction is meant for obese people. There are categories of obesity i.e. the mild, moderate or severe obesity. So depending on those situations we do; if a single part is involved we complete the liposuction in a single stage. If multiple parts are involved and they are severely obese, we stage the liposuction. We do parts by parts. So one part is taken care at one time. For e.g. we do the liposuction in the abdomen and hips together in one time and may be the buttocks and thighs in the next time. In the same way upper back and arms are covered. Sometimes along with that neck and face are also covered if at all indicated. In severe liposuction we need to consider some of the limitations of the excess removal of the fat as well as safety limits of the anaesthesia. So within those limitations we perform this liposuction and this is especially in respect of the safety limits. So that is how we stage the liposuction and take care of the different parts of the body in sections. The gap between the stages can be varying between 1 to 2 months according to the patient or a client recovery part.
