Gluten is a mixture of proteins which is present in wheat and other cereals. Wheat in genetically predisposed individuals causes intestinal mal-absorption and atrophy. He will further talk on several symptoms of celiac disease such as weight loss, anemia, and mal-nutrition, etc.
