Choose the right tooth brush is a very important aspect to maintain a good oral health. When you chose a tooth brush, you have to make sure that you have soft bristles. If you chose hard tooth brush, you have to make sure your teeth and the gums to recede down and cause sensitivity, select a tooth brush head size which can easily fit inside your mouth. Atleast it should cover 1 or 2 teeth at a time. ideally the tooth brush head size can be around 1 inch long and half inch wide and when you are choosing a brush for kid, you need to make sure the bristles are very soft and the head is smaller so that it can easily fit inside the small mouth of the kids. Another important point to be remembered is you need to change your tooth brush every 3 months or when the bristles are frayed. Always replace your tooth brush after illness.
